Transiting Saturn square or opposite your natal Moon. This is a time when your personal needs and your responsibilities to others are at odds with eachother. It seems as is something must give, because you find that you cannot do both. For instance, your employer may be especially demanding now and insist that you work late, and by the time you get home, your loved ones are unhappy you weren't home for dinner on time and that you're too tired to want to do anything else. The result is that you begin to drift away from others emotionally and may feel lonely or alienated from your loved ones. You may be out of touch with your family on domestic issues and not be aware of it. An important supportive relationship may end now if you are unable to find the proper balance between your personal and professional life.

If the Moon is lord of your first house, you are likely to feel depressed and lonely during this period. Often there is a personal loss that one must deal with at this time that makes your outlook on life more sober. Emotional self expression seems more difficult for you now.
If lord of your 2nd, you may need to consolidate your finances. Your budget is probably tight and you may have utilitarian ideals about what you own now. Often a period of financial austerity.

If lord of the 10th, this is often a time of increased responsibility. Usually you will not have much time for your personal life as business obligations get in the way. Your views may be unpopular and you career may not be particularly fulfilling to you now.
If lord of the 11th, friends are usually not as supportive now and you may feel isolated and lonely. You may also have social obligations that frequently put you into contact with people you'd rather not have anything to do with.
If lord of the 12th, this combination is prone to depression and isolation. Feelings of guilt and an obsession with the past is hard to shake.
