Transiting Uranus square or opposite your natal Sun. This is often a time when surprising external events upset your course of action, purpose or intentions with the effect of testing your resolve or determination. Plans may change, or your connections to your superiors may be severed so that you have no apparent access to do the things that you had planned on doing. Someone new may take charge in a department above you at work, who insists on upsetting the status-quo, changing the way you do things. Or your supervisor may come along and question your work performance and unexpectedly gives you an unsatisfactory evaluation. This is a time when the need for freedom works at odds with your sense of who you are.

If the Sun is lord of your first house, this is a significant turning point when the course of your life changes rather abruptly. You will value your freedom and assert your independence more during this period and will lack patience. Your sense of identity will probably change and potentially cause problems in your relationships with others.
If lord of your second house, sudden expendatures can come at this time upsetting your budget. You can expect a certain amount of financial instability, so it is wise to be conservative.
If lord of the 3rd, expect alot of changes in your neighborhood. Relatives or neighbors may overstep their bounds. Errands have a tendency to suffer detours and interruptions.
If lord of the 4th, changes are happening domestically that may force you out into the world more. Typically there is some news regarding your father, ancestry or heritage that comes to light that changes your perspective of where you belong that is potentially upsetting. You cannot depend upon a stable domestic life now.
If lord of the 5th, you are inclined to hold nothing back now even at the cost of upsetting others. Children, if you have them, will be a handful. Investments should be approched with caution as great risk is often involved.
If lord of the 6th, changes in office routine can bring chaos or an unexpected layoff. You may have a rate buster at work to contend with or someone who wants to do their own thing that negatively affects how things run in the office. You will probably want to express more of yourself through your work. If impeded in your expression, freedom or independence, your health may suffer.
If lord of the 7th, if you are married, your marriage partner or yourself may be wanting more independence and freedom of association. Sometimes marriage doesn't survive this period. Infidelity is a possibility. Partnerships in business are unstable making you feel you don't know where others stand.
If lord of the 8th, this is not the best time to seek or give loans. Debtors are less reliable and financial partnerships are unstable. Promises tend to be broken.
If lord of the 9th, your beliefs and philosophy of life will be challenged. If you have any legal dealings now, this is usually a sign of complications. Travel may be more of an adventure than you bargained for.
If lord of the 10th, sudden changes affect the direction of your career that are usually undesirable. Impediments to career advancement surface creating greater friction between you and your superiors. Your superiors may think you are a maverick because of a tendency to assert your independence.
If lord of the 11th, changes of association and lack of cooperation can be expected. You may not be able to count on help from old friends and will probably have to go it alone. Others will probably try to give you unwanted advice.
If lord of the 12th, unfinished business creates unusual consequences, usually not allowing you to procrastinate any longer. You may feel restless and uneasy and not know why. Distractions and interruptions are frequent.
